Mat picked out a cool manual typewriter font as well and Dino collects manual typewriters, so there was a lot of serendipity going on with this procedure. Granted, Dino’s first tattoo wasn’t too elaborate or too intricate but it was appropriate: the molecular formula for whiskey. This week Whiskey Business went to TAT FRANKLIN and Dino got his first tattoo at 63 years of age and the whole procedure and conversation is on this podcast in real time, accompanied by a bottle of Master Distiller #1 from Jack Daniel’s (after I signed the paperwork granting permission.)
